HOW WE SHIP

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

• PO Box addresses are not accepted. Carriers will not leave packages at the door or with a neighbor.

• For the smoothest delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.

• The U.S. Postal Service does not ship wine.

SHIPPING DELAYS AND WEATHER HOLDS

• To protect the quality of your wine, we may delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions.

• If we hold your order due to weather concerns, we will store it at no additional charge until it’s safe to ship.

• If you request shipping despite a weather hold, we cannot replace damaged wine.
